Size Exchange Policy

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with the exchange unless the wrong size was delivered by us.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for size exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless otherwise specified).
